Payments shall be made in AUD. The products are to be paid for in full.
It is not the policy of Janome Balcatta to give refunds based on purchaser’s changing their mind or making an incorrect or inappropriate product or service purchase decision. Any request that seeks to contravene this policy must be made in writing.
The purchaser should check the products as soon as they are received, and contact Janome Balcatta of any damaged goods or non-delivery within 7 days of purchase.
